Hamburger Gravy Over Toast

Brown:

1          -           pound              hamburger or Bob Evans Sausage

Add shortening to drippings to make 3 tablespoons. Sprinkle over meat:

3          -           tablespoons     flour

Mix well. Stir in:

1          1/2       cups                 milk

A)  Stir until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
B)  Serve over toast or bread.
